Most standard transformers ship within days, not months. Standard distribution transformers stocked in our Austin bonded warehouse can ship within 72 hours of PO. Made-to-order power transformers and switchgear typically deliver in 8–16 weeks — roughly half the industry average — thanks to priority production-line allocation with our tier-1 Chinese and Canadian factory partners.

We supply power transformers (5 kVA to 500 MVA), dry-type transformers (15 kVA to 30,000 kVA), pad-mounted transformers (25 kVA to 10,000 kVA), data center PDUs and busway up to 8000 A, medium- and low-voltage switchgear up to 38 kV, and voltage regulators / reactors up to 138 kV class. All units are ANSI/IEEE/CSA certified to North American standards.

Yes. All units are built and tested to ANSI/IEEE C57 (US power and distribution transformer standards) and CSA C88 / C802 (Canadian standards). DOE 2016 efficiency levels are met or exceeded. Factory acceptance testing (FAT) and third-party witness inspection are available on every order.

Our founder, Binzhi Sun, has built 30+ years of supplier relationships across China and Canada. That translates into priority allocation on production lines, hedged FX and raw-material pricing, and pre-production technical reviews — all of which compress a typical 12–18 month timeline to 8–16 weeks for made-to-order units, and to days for items we already stock in Austin.

Yes. We offer optional field commissioning, including site readiness review, energization checklists, protective relay coordination, customer training, and field acceptance testing. We can also coordinate with utility companies and rigging contractors for last-mile delivery and installation.
