Where is Crown Mountain Solutions based, and which areas does it serve?
Our head office is Crown Mountain Solutions USA LLC, 5900 Balcones Drive STE 100, Austin, TX 78731, USA. Canadian business is handled by our Canada head office in Vancouver, British Columbia. We supply transformers, switchgear and PDUs worldwide. North America is our primary market, where we also hold stock and provide installation, commissioning and after-sales through local service partners. Equipment is built by our manufacturing partners in China.
How fast can I get a quote?
Within 24 hours of receiving a complete specification. Send us the rating, primary and secondary voltage, phase, frequency, impedance, BIL, enclosure type, quantity, delivery location and required on-site date. The more complete the specification, the faster and firmer the price.
What lead times are actually achievable?
Three cases. Units already held in our North American stock ship in freight time only. Expedited air freight reaches site in as little as 30 days. A standard build on ocean freight runs roughly 3–4 months to site. Lead times run from receipt of deposit and approved technical drawings; larger units take longer, and we confirm the actual delivery date in writing on every quotation.
Is anything in stock right now?
Yes. Current stock is published on our site with full nameplate specifications and photographs of each unit, so the ratings can be checked before contacting us. Stock changes as units are sold, so contact us to confirm current availability, or to be notified when equipment matching a required specification arrives.
Are the transformers certified?
Equipment is built to IEEE, ANSI and IEC standards in ISO 9001 certified plants, and factory test reports ship with every unit. UL and CSA listing and DOE efficiency compliance are confirmed per model on the quotation, not claimed across the whole range. If a particular model is not listed for a given application, we say so before the order is placed.
What products does Crown Mountain supply?
Dry-type transformers 300 kVA – 45 MVA, pad-mounted transformers 15 kVA – 5,000 kVA in single and three phase, and oil-immersed power transformers 5 MVA – 600 MVA. We also supply data centre PDUs and busway, medium- and low-voltage switchgear, and voltage regulators. Full ratings, voltage classes and BIL are set out in our one-page capability overview.
Who handles installation, commissioning and after-sales?
North American service partners. Our partner factories maintain service teams in North America, and we coordinate installation, commissioning, field acceptance testing and warranty work through them. Standard warranty is one year from delivery.
