Equipment is built to the customer's specification in factories we have audited and hold a supply agreement with, and every unit is traceable to the plant that made it.
ISO 9001 certified facilities with in-house test bays. We hold the audit records and can walk a customer through them.
Routine factory test reports ship with the equipment. Type and special tests are quoted where the specification calls for them.
Factory acceptance testing can be witnessed in person or by video link, scheduled before the unit ships.
Serial number, plant, test date and inspector, recorded on the nameplate and in the documentation package.
